I just spent my morning schlepping my newly 18 year old around between the DMV and our local city hall, getting her a state ID card and registering her to vote.
My parents will be proud, she is a 3rd generation Democrat. :-P
Funnily enough, she got ME politically aware this year, researching the candidates, asking questions, inspiring me to do the same.
