Here's my turkey, fresh outta the oven. What made me laugh then take this picture was the fact that I was using two thermometers to check for doneness and the thought occurred to me that it seems it does not take long for me to fit gauges to certain things. This is looking just as bad as some of my cars.

A high-performance turkey?
