As usual, Budweiser's Clydesdale commercials to me define smart advertising. Rarely if ever do they pitch a product directly, if at all. Instead, they stand as little vignettes with entertainment value all their own. This time, I think they outdid themselves.

I like the nod to the Dalmatian, from my other favorite Clydesdale commercial involving the firemen and the Dalmatian pups. Since I lost Patches, I sometimes get choked up when I see the dogs.
