Been there, still doing that Phil. The only thing I can tell you is to go out and kick its ass! It is the only way I've been able to survive for the last 4 years. Sometimes we think that there is no more fight left in us, that we are ready to lay down and call it quits, but you know, it isn't our style. You will get the respite you need, when you really need it, but until then, trust yourself and don't give up. You will not only survive, you will thrive. I'm in your corner big guy.
