LJ blarghage

I've been having a recurring issue with LJ for a while now, and I cant seem to pin it down. While perusing my flist I will occasionally will have it missing everyone's locked entries. It's as if I intermittently lose the login cookie. Or something. I can reload the page and the missing entries reappear. I have to be mindful of this as I try to catch up or I will miss out on those locked entries. This happens on more than one PC here as well. Is this something that anyone else has been experiencing on a regular basis?

That happened to me pretty often for awhile- not recently.

I check the top bar. if it shows me logged in, I am.

I had this problem only one time and the problem is that my computer did not match up to the date and time that it actually was (it was a few months in the future) not sure why it did that but once I changed it back all was good.......I dont know if this is the probelm you have but thought I would let you know see if that isn't your problem.

This has happened to me, now and again. For some reason my bookmark to my flist will take me to... y'know, my flist, but I won't be logged on, so I won't see private entries. I usually figure it out when I try to comment.

It is annoying.

It seems to have happened to me every now and then but I do know that I get logged out from time to time and thus any locked posts don't show up as as other's have said, check the bar at the top as it will tell you if you're logged on or not.

The only other thing I can say is LJ is hiccuping and thus not all entries don't load, which I know has happened to me from time to time.

But as you say, a quick refresh seems to solve that but I've not had that of late that I'm aware of.

It was happening to me for a while, too. I had to reload my "default view" friends list before it quit. I can't say that was what cured it, but the coincidence was worth noting.
