I sometimes think my extreme patience is a curse. It means I can put up with the most extreme and unpleasant behaviour without making the effort to do anything about it. As I get older I realise this is unhealthy, and bottling things up only postpones the problem. So, I admire your approach of letting it all out. After the the thunder and lightning has subsided, the air is cleared and we move on. So, be true to yourself, my friend.
