Some very nice news outta California a few minutes ago. lemmetellya. The fight isn't over with yet, of course, but it is indeed a sweet battle victory. Let's keep the momentum going!

I have thoughts brewing on this one as well since I've read of the victory once home and it's fantastic.

My take on this is Judge Walker made it damned difficult for the appellate court to NOT go along with his ruling simply based on his calling a spade a spade and citing how Prop 8's arguments just didn't even come close to holding up to the even the minimal standards of scrutiny, let alone anything stricter, of which he did anyway.

The question now is will the prop 8 supporters improve their argument enough to get what they want?
