Phil is becoming one of those crazy cat-people with hundreds and hundreds of cats hanging out near his house for the food. Soon there will be an army of them. Poor Kodi. Kodi will have to go out of the house in a home-made cat outfit to avoid being teased and/or beaten up by the cats. Oh the humanity!
