It's good to know that you were able to see your favorite band in concert, I have only seen them twice (once during the RTB tour and once during the Vapor Trail's tour). Rush was my first rock concert and I was 30 years old at the time. The behavior of some of the attendees was obnoxious, but nonetheless still respectful. None of the major venues in Arizona will feature any Rush concerts this time around. If I am fortunate, I will be able to see them next year, or in 2012.
I am terribly sorry to hear that the attendees of your concert were behaving in such an immature manner. Were they from the younger generation, perhaps? I hope that your next concert will be much better! ((((HUGS))))
