Rush is definitely not your typical band. They have very enthusiastic fans that span generations. Watching the variety of people in the line of humanity filing into the place prevents making wholesale generalizations as to what the "typical fan" would be. Hell, sometimes it looks like a line at Disney World. A woman behind me tapped my shoulder as I was sitting and said "you have far more patience than me." Believe me, I wish I had a water cannon to mow down all the people in front of me, but trying to get people to sit was just about pointless. Indeed it was a mob, and I just wish that the band would tell everyone to sit the hell down to everyone can enjoy the music and visuals to the fullest.
