Sep. 12th, 2004 11:04 pmThis Saturday I went to the memorial service for one of my friends. It was a nice form of closure for everyone, and his parents were overwhelmed with the turnout and wonderful eulogies. Their son touched a lot of lives during his teaching and professional careers, and seemingly countless people came to pay their respects. Still, it's incredibly hard for parents to outlive their children. No more suffering, and a sea of great memories that carries his life on in all that he's touched.
Peace.
Peace.
