I was not going to celebrate Christmas this year. I did not put up any decorations whatsoever, a first. Not even the bare minimum wreath on the front door. My 'holiday spirit', well on the wane for the past several years, this time felt ripped from me and beaten to a pulp. I truly didnt want to have anything to do with the whole ordeal. However, in it all, I held onto hope for one thing. One present. One wish. Well, it turns out that my one holiday wish has come true.

Jeff has finally found a job nearby, and will soon be coming back here to live with me once again.
