Happy happy

I almost forgot! For my entry into the day days of happy, I will go with falling asleep near the fire while it's cold and wet outside. Hard to beat the cozy feeling. However, draping my aging six-foot frame across a five foot wide love seat makes for some creaky, binding joints. The overall feeling, though, is happy.

My suede jacket

Hi Phil, how are you doing? In any event, I had to liberate my old suede jacket from storage this evening, due to the cooler weather. It had been there since returning to work after the strike in late January, 2007. Unfortunately, it still smells of smoke from the fires lit while picketing outside of the plant site. Overall, it was an experience that I could elaborate upon, but which I really do not care to have to endure again. True, there are some cute men in the union, and there are quite a few bears, but very few of them are available, unfortunately. Anyway your anecdote about the fire inspired me to tell this story. Oh by the way, you are not aging, you're only 1 day older than I am, remember? HUGS!!!!
