As far as geekery is concerned, this wedding cake is pretty 1337.

Truth be told, I've grown to dislike programming as I get older for some reason. I have an innate need to tinker with hardware. Granted, I've cranked out at least a million lines of code in my lifetime (some even in HEX). I guess I am the physical type (in many ways), and with more and more value being placed on "virtual" objects these days, I guess I yearn for the tangible stuff you can touch, hold onto, give away or sell when you are done with it, etc.

Cupcake wedding cakes are all the rage now. If Jeff and I ever have the chance to tie the knot, he'll probably want a cake from one of those Food Network Challenge shows. I'd be fine with cupcakes though. :)

Unless you get Duff from "Ace of Cakes" to jump naked from your cake, I'd go with the cupcakes.
That way you can post your pix on "Dudes with Beards, Eating Cupcakes" That would be awesome...

I'm going to imagine that that cake was made with almond flour, is gluten free, and that I can eat every last damn cupcake.

I'm thinking of having strawberry-rhubarb cobbler (you can do a very good streusel topping with almond flour) for my "wedding cake". Great bowls of butter-cream frosting to dob on the top, if desired.

Fuck, now I'm REALLY HONGRY!

I adore humor like this. Well, I adore it when I understand it, so this one takes the (cup)cake.

Cupcake mosaics, like that one, are OK. But I remain dead set against cupcake cakes. Yikes!

My friend Renate just catered a wedding where they spent $1500 on a bare field for the ceremony and reception, a pretty penny on the dress, nickled and dimed Renate down to $800 on the food, then spent about $12 on cupcakes from Walmart for the cake. Wrong, in SO many ways.

I've resisted all day and I can stands it no longer

it would have been sufficient to say

until (death)

Given that death is a logical operator, saying death == True is implicit in C and C++

I'm so ashamed!
