I dont remember where I got it originally, I am sure it was some sort of forum, I had it for a couple years. I resized it and compressed the crap out of it (this is why it is grainy and has dots) to fit it under the 40kb/100x100px limit that LJ has for user pictures. It was originally close to 300kb.
