I am in total love with this video. I mean, it's got so much cool stuff. Weed, munchies, philosophical meanderings, rap, Cards Against Humanity, and... three lovely grandmothers. How perfect is that? Here is what you get when you find three older women who have never tried pot before, get them in a room together, fire up a bong with some smooth ganja, and wait. What results is a trio of gals I want to spend the entire day with just knitting and shooting the breeze. And I can't knit. This is better than The Golden Girls.

This little gathering took place in Washington state, where recreational marijuana use is legal. If word gets out, I think Leisure World will be some of the most happnin' places...

ROFLMFAO! It reminds me of the first pride march I went to in NYC. We marched through Central Park and I came across a group of elderly women all huddled in a circle passing a joint amongst themselves. Really, really funny.

I've been surprised that while no one out here thought that the new law was a big deal, I've also not seen much in the way of people partaking. Keep in mind that the population is largely of my generation. It seems that the bulk of sales in these parts has been to Oregonians. Now that Oregon passed a legalization measure in the last election, I suspect that will change. It is very weird though to drive through a strip mall and see a small store sporting a sign with a large green marijuana leaf and recreational painted below it.

Tommy, didn't your generation sort of define the whole tune out and turn on mindset of the 60's into the 70's? >;{D}

Kinda, but those ladies back then were closer to my grandmother's generation.

Sounds like an island of progressive sanity in a sea of backwards stupidity that was the overall last election.

I've not tried pot before, so I learned new information from the video.

If you partook alongside this bunch I'm pretty sure you'd give them quite the little private Broadway show best-of to rousing applause. ;)

"I thought it was a dildo, but I've never seen anything on the end of it like this."

Best. Line. Ever.

I have seen this floating around on Facebook, but had not watched it all until now. SO funny. I have only imbibed a couple of times and I agree with granny one that the vaporizer could be dangerous. My favorite line was, "Oh, you need more..."

Saw this video on Facebook, and yes it's classic.

Weirdly one presenter on BBC Radio was amazed a day or two ago that marijuana was legalised for recreational use. I'm like 'where have you been?!'

Can't wait for it happening here...I bet the first party (apart from Greens, I think they already have that, or something similar) to adopt it would straight up win the next election.

Laws have been softened where I live, but it's not legal yet. And given the stupid peop0le in my state elected a Republican governor, I don't see any sort of progress being made of legalization.
