I know a couple of JetBlue pilots that should receive substantial raises. And 130 passengers that should get a refund as well as some free drycleaning.

I was near a Telly when this was going on (exceedingly rare occurance) and saw live what was a masterful landing. The tires, magnisium wheels and landing gear sacrificed beautifully. I was so glad to see this come to a happy ending instead of yet another disaster that would no doubt become more fodder for the Bushie gristmill (sabotage!) I should think that there would be about 135 pairs of soiled undies (not a pleasant thought) so I can only hope the folks where allowed off immediately.
I pissed myself hearing the story. I sobbed at the shabby landing into STL on Sunday from Albuquerque, thanks to Southwest. As great of a job those pilots did, I still would need massive behaviour therapy afterwards!
