Going home again

Well, it's official. Jeff is back to stay, and we are trying our best to integrate all our stuff. Come springtime, though, there will be a big yard sale, and more than a few trips to the dump. And quite a few giveaways, I'm sure.

Time to get life in order, and get on with living. For me, that's going to be a tough road. In less than a month will be Mom's birthday, a week and a day prior will be mine. Mom's bday is going to tear me apart, for sure. Still, it will be a day to celebrate how she lived, and through all she has been through, she lived well. That definitely counts for something.

I dont know how much 'blogging' I will be doing in the upcoming days, it's going to be very busy around here. For the time being I am going to basically keep my big mouth shut (it's getting me into more and more hot water lately, on and offline), but if there's anything of note, I'll be posting. And for sure I'll be reading and perhaps commenting on y'all's entries. That's must-see PC here. You guys 'n' gals make me smile, laugh, think and feel.

You are definately in an exciting time right now with Jeff mobing back in with you. The excitement of re-creating a new home environment with both of your things and it is, I agree a great time to get rid of stuff neither of you want, nor need.

I know it will be hard dealing with the continued loss of your beloved mother but think of this time of Jeff moving back in, sorting etc as a good thing and I'm sure it'll help you through the rough spots.

Yep, it's exciting for sure. It's going to be somewhat frustrating trying to figure out what wil go where, what stays, what goes, and how much will change around here. One thing's for sure, having Jeff here will help me in so many ways.

I would imagine with Jeff there you'd have less time to spend online anyway... and no, I don't mean that only in a "mind-in-the-gutter" sense. ;)

So happy for you two Phil. You guys are wonderful. Carmen and I both hate the fact that Jeff lived so close to us and we never got to hang out with him and that now he's gone. BUT I hope that means all four of us will get together at some point.

3rd. My BD is Feb 3, Earl is Feb 21 and his son is Feb 12, so it seems were all Feb babes!!

The changes in your life sound positive, and it's terrific you have Jeff there to share them. The wheel goes 'round, and sometimes brings things, sometimes takes things away. It's kinda nice to have such a full house!

I spent many years of my life doing "the right thing" with the wrong person. I raised 5 kids, married 14 years...and knew I was so unhappy.

When I met the right person, I had to make a choice. To this day, the choice I made, although scandalous, was the best thing I have ever done.

Go for happiness. Bet on happiness. Believe.

It's always worth it.
