It's the season when I become a "football widow" as Jeff becomes glued to the various college and pro games on the telly. Of course I join him now and again (hell, ya can't beat 'em, right?). We saw this commercial for the first time and could not figure out what it was for until the very end. We both thought it was cool. Not to mention thought provoking. And cute.

Yo that's my street. In the scene where the bear is crossing the street, (also the poster frame for the clip)...well it's Burrard St. in Vancouver. I work about 2 blocks from where Mr. Bear is crossing. You can see our neighbors, the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on the left, in the distance.

I'm there right now!

I've heard of the Nissan Leaf as being one of the new electric vehicles to come to market this year but not seen this commercial as I almost never watch network TV anymore.

Have to agree, it's nicely done.
